31 students inducted into German National Honor Society

2024 inductees

The NHHS Iota Alpha chapter of the German National Honor Society, Delta Epsilon Phi held its induction at the high school on February 29. The organization, which was founded in 2010, inducted 31 new students -- its biggest class ever.

Students must have three straight semesters of an "A" in German and must also meet GPA, philanthropic and cultural requirements.

The ceremony was conducted by sponsor Herr Deible and President Shelby Poniatowski.

The ceremony also featured vocal performances by junior Paul Manganaro and seniors Katharine McGoey. International student Selina Hohl, who is visiting from Switzerland, was also included in the ceremony.
